At The Dance Spot, our classes are designed specifically for adults who want to move, have fun, and feel great—no matter their experience level. Whether you’ve danced before or are stepping into a studio for the very first time, our classes create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can enjoy the benefits of movement.
Adult Dance Classes
Our adult dance classes combine technique, choreography, and fun. You’ll learn real dance skills while enjoying upbeat music and a positive atmosphere. These classes are perfect for beginners and those returning to dance after many years.
Dance Fitness
Dance fitness classes are high-energy workouts that feel more like a dance party than a traditional workout. You’ll burn calories, improve endurance, and leave class feeling energized and accomplished.
Beginner-Friendly Instruction
Many adults feel nervous about trying dance for the first time, but our classes are designed to make everyone feel comfortable. Movements are broken down step by step so you can build confidence while learning at your own pace.

Class Length
All classes are approximately 50–60 minutes.
What to Bring?
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Sneakers or dance shoes (heels optional for Heels class)
• Water bottle
